Adopt dry winding automatic production to strictly control resin content and precise size requirements, effectively improve product quality.

The winding machine used by our company uses the Windows system to achieve the controllability of winding parameters, and the possibility of customizing the pattern of the winding pattern in a certain area size through the programming software.

Resins with different properties are selected in response to the functionalities of different products. The molding resin has a short reaction time and fast molding time. The trimmed material can be made into the raw material of the BMC process, so as to achieve the effect of effective utilization of carbon fiber.
